How this expoitive operation works is to file for tax credits that disabled people are entitled to, and then charge 25-30% of the value of the refund. Apparently, H&R Block offers the same service for $27 for each year reviewed. The thing is...you can do this yourself, FOR FREE!
So, before anyone signs up with National Benefit Authority, Ability Tax Group, Canadian Benefits Group Inc., Canadian Disability Corporation, Canadian Disability Tax Credit Group, Disability Tax Services, Disability Tax Help, or any other similar sounding companies, they should take a look at the Canada Revenue Agency and see how easy it is to file these forms independently. The Member of Parliament's constituency offices can offer advice on this as well.
